From design phase to realization and qualification<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Medexs focuses on the design and implementation of specialized spaces within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, such as (hybrid) operating rooms, cleanrooms, laboratories, central sterilization departments (CSSDs), and complete hospitals or clinics.<\/p>\n

We manage projects throughout the entire process, from the design phase to the realization and qualification of the spaces.<\/p>\n

We also supply various technical components essential for these environments, including HEPA filters and air handling systems, ceiling and wall systems, laminar airflow systems, and other technical cleanroom components.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Medexs maintenance and validation department<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Medexs\u2019 maintenance and validation department specialises in the validation and maintenance of Operating Rooms, Cleanrooms, Laminar Flow and Safety Workbenches and Air Treatment Systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our VCA-certified validation technicians are trained through specific cleanroom Training Courses (VCCN) and equipped with the necessary calibrated measuring equipment. If you purchase a Medexs plenum with a validation and maintenance contract, we extend the warranty to as much as 5 years instead of the usual 1-year warranty period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Wat ga je doen?<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t

Als Engineer Installatietechniek (Werktuigbouw) werk je samen met de engineer Plenumtechniek. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de modelleurs binnen de teams Bouw en Modulaire bouw en met de projectleiders van Medexs. Tijdens de ontwikkel-, ontwerp- en realisatiefase ben je het technische geweten van het project op het gebied van de werktuigkundige installaties en bewaak je de tijdige voortgang van de engineeringswerkzaamheden gericht op het cre\u00ebren van controlled environments. Je ontwerpt en berekent de verschillende onderdelen van de werktuigkundige installaties van cleanrooms, operatiekamers, intensieve zorg beddenkamers en centrale sterilisatie-afdelingen. En je wilt je ontwikkelen tot een autoriteit op het gebied van plenumtechniek.<\/p>\n

De projecten betreffen werken in binnen- en buitenland bij veeleisende klanten binnen de gezondheidszorg en farmacie. Met name het installatieconcept en de principeschema\u2019s van de verschillende werktuigkundige installaties voor de modulaire en niet-modulaire projecten zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Het detailontwerp wordt vervolgens uitgewerkt door de installateurs en leveranciers in de verschillende landen waar Medexs actief is. Daarnaast behoort productontwerp en -ontwikkeling van de luchtverdelingsproducten van Medexs tot jouw werkzaamheden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/section>\n\n\n
