Laméris acquired by Medexs/Van Vliet Group

New comprehensive offering includes both the construction and furnishing of ophthalmological facilities

EDE/RHENEN, March 25, 2026 – The Medexs/Van Vliet Healthcare Group, a provider of comprehensive solutions for the medical sector, is acquiring Laméris, a specialist in medical solutions for eye clinics. Through this merger, medical professionals in ophthalmology and ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) can henceforth rely on a single point of contact for the entire chain: from the initial construction drawings and the realization of medical spaces to the supply of high-quality equipment and medical consumables.

Laméris has traditionally been known as a comprehensive supplier of medical products, such as diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, and consumables for ophthalmology. The collaboration with Medexs adds an essential discipline to this: the construction of the clinic itself. Moreover, with Van Vliet Healthcare as part of the group, a comprehensive package of medical capital goods and disposables can be offered.
