Medexs fits air distributors in house and under clean room conditions. All types of air distributors can be fitted or refitted in our refitting shop. Medexs also manufactures air distributor frame works, in HPL or aluminium.
This means you can have a distributor (re)fitted, buy a spare or new distributor (or set) from us to keep in stock. Always useful in case of emergencies!
QR code with essential information
All distributors that leave our refitting shop are marked with a QR code which provides essential information: where is it going, where did it come from, when was it re-fitted, what pre-pressure and what type of fabric (incl. batch no.) was used. This information ensures that the correct type of fabric and pre-pressure (resistance) is used in the fitting preventing unwanted and dangerous situations. EG. The occurrence of different speeds under the fabric as a result of different types of fabrics used or different resistance under your UDF system.
