Xpert Clinics / Velthuis Clinic in Eindhoven – both part of Equipe Zorgbedrijven – saw a growing demand for increased capacity and modernization. The entire operating room complex needed to be renovated within six weeks. The clinic wanted to double its surgical capacity by adding two additional operating rooms. The spaces were already shell-prepared when the healthcare organization moved into the building in 2016, but the project’s impact quickly became apparent. In addition to the additional operating rooms, the entire operating room complex also needed to be redesigned, and more space was needed for preparation rooms, sterile storage, and equipment due to the growing demand for orthopedic care.

The project ultimately expanded to include new patient rooms, a Bucky room for X-ray examinations, and a physiotherapy exercise room. The expansion provides more space, improved facilities, and an environment that promotes recovery. This allows us to help even more patients — faster, more efficiently, and with the care they deserve. A significant transformation, right in the heart of a functioning healthcare organization.
