Medexs and Jan Snel combine their expertise: Medexs will now design and construct both medical spaces and buildings.
Rhenen, 12 May 2022 – Builder of medical classified spaces Medexs and modular builder Jan Snel, both part of the Daiwa House Group, have brought together their expertise in medical buildings and spaces. This means that Medexs now offers a comprehensive solution for the medical and pharmaceutical sector; a wide range of specialised sustainable building and space solutions, from operating rooms to complete hospitals.
There is increasing demand for classified medical buildings and spaces that are sustainable, flexible and can be completed within a short time. Jos Lans, CEO Medexs: “By combining our specialised knowledge and experience, we now have everything we need to meet demand for classified rooms and buildings. This offers a comprehensive solution for the medical and pharmaceutical sector, both in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. From design to completion, from operating room to complete hospital.”
The team has years of specialist experience and provides input throughout the process. Combined with its large network and modular production in its own plant, Medexs can take the entire process off your hands.
The way Medexs designs and builds is flexible, transparent and efficient. The method of construction allows Medexs to upscale and downscale the capacity of a medical building as needed. “We provide an integrated approach, applicable, flexible solutions and concrete results within the set time frame. Combined with open communication, this is exactly what society and our partners, now and in the future, demand of us,” says Jos Lans.
Harry van Zandwijk, CEO Jan Snel: “We are forerunners in our specialist fields. Innovation and modular, efficient and flexible construction is in the DNA of our organisation. We are happy to use and share our knowledge to keep improving both ourselves and the industry on these aspects.”
