In a former office building, we realised a fully-fledged clinic for healthcare group Dutch Health Clinics that meets all the requirements for high-quality healthcare. The operating centre includes:

• Two fully equipped operating theatres (class 1+)
• Two shell spaces for future expansion to OK 3 and OK 4
• Preparation and recovery area
• Sterile storage and separate storage for equipment
• Installation for medical gases with external bottle storage
• Various office and support space

Of course, the whole is equipped with the necessary mechanical and electrical installations, in line with the high standards of medical real estate.
